How do I fit the intercom?

You can fit and remove the Rexing Q28 yourself — the manual walks you through it step by step.

 

*If you hit a snag while fitting it, our technical support team is on hand every weekday from 9am to 5pm.

Step 1 – Slot the intercom into its mount.

With the intercom in the mount, attach the mount to your helmet.

 

Step 2 – Fit the speaker and microphone

Plug the supplied speaker and microphone into the intercom and position them inside the helmet.

 

Step 3 – Install the mobile app

Scan the QR code in the box, download the app and pair the device to your phone over Wi-Fi.

 

Step 4 – You're ready to ride.

 

Start recording with the front button or from the app, put on whatever you're listening to, and go.

Does it fit any helmet?

The universal clip means the Rexing Q28 fits both open-face and full-face helmets. 

 

The flexible build lets the speaker and microphone sit comfortably in any helmet.

What's different about the Pro model?

The Q28 Pro has an FHD Sony STARVIS lens, while the Q28 Basic uses a standard 1080p camera.
 

The Q28 Pro has the HiFi audio system; the Q28 Normal uses the standard audio system.
