Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you're buying from

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes charged by your destination country. We try hard to keep prices accurate; if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but specifications, images and packaging can change as manufacturers update their products. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Minor variations do not make a product faulty.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Rexing products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer. The warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, water exposure beyond the product's stated rating, and unauthorised repairs.

7. Using recording devices responsibly

Our dash cams, action cameras and helmet devices record video and, in some cases, audio. Laws on recording, on mounting devices to a windscreen, and on data protection vary by country and region. You are responsible for using the product lawfully where you are. We are not liable for any consequence of unlawful use.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under it. You may not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to copy our content for commercial use without permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, layout and logos — belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trademarks are the property of their owners.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost data, lost profit or the cost of a replacement vehicle.

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
