How do I fit the camera?

You can fit the Rexing M2 yourself with no cutting and no drilling — the manual walks you through it step by step.

 

Two adjustable straps and a vibration-damping back mean it fits any rear-view mirror. It comes off and goes back on easily, and it doesn't block your view.

When the camera's own battery dies, does it drain my car battery?

Once the M2's own battery runs down, if it detects a low charge in your car battery — 0.2V below the 11.6V threshold — it shuts itself off after 60 seconds. That low-voltage cut-off protects both your car battery and your Rexing M2.

Does it record audio?

Yes. The M2 has a built-in microphone and records audio whenever you want it to. You can switch it off in the app at any time.

When will my order arrive?

We usually prepare your order within 2 business days. Once it's with the carrier it reaches you in about 1–4 days.

What happens when the SD card is full?

Once the memory card in the M2 fills up, it starts overwriting the oldest clip and keeps recording without limit.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your tracking number is in the system you'll find it by signing in to your account or in the shipping email we send you, and you can follow your parcel from there.
