Rexing S 3/5/8 – Installation Guide

STEP 1 – Fitting The Camera

Step 1 – Fit the mount to the camera.

Slide the suction mount onto the camera and stick it to the windshield just below the mirror.

 

Step 2 – Connect the power cable

Take the supplied USB-C and 12V socket adapter, plug it into whichever suits your car — the 12V socket or the USB-C port — then run the power cable to the camera.

STEP 2 – Using The Device

Step 1 – Power on and off


Hold the power button on the underside of the device for 3 seconds to switch the camera on or off.

 

Step 2 – Using the camera

With the camera on, press the M button to reach the settings, use the < and > buttons to move back and forward, and press OK to enter and exit menus.

STEP 3 – The Mobile App

Step 1 – Turn on the camera's Wi-Fi


In the camera settings, go to the Wi-Fi section and switch the camera's Wi-Fi on.

 

Step 2 – Connect your phone to the camera's Wi-Fi

With the camera's Wi-Fi on, connect your phone to it using the details shown on the camera.

 

Step 3 – Open the mobile app

Scan the supplied QR code, or download and open the "Viidure" app from the App Store or Google Play.
